At Sweet Symphony, we believe ice cream should do more than taste good.
It should make you feel something.
You don’t make something memorable by playing the same notes everybody else is playing. You experiment. You push it. You tear it apart and put it back together until you find something that has a sound all its own.
That’s how we make ice cream.
We start with a rich, ice cream base, then treat every flavor like a song waiting to be written. Sometimes the inspiration comes from a classic. Sometimes it comes from something completely unexpected. We layer flavors, textures and mix-ins until everything hits at just the right time—the opening note, the hook, and that last bite that stays with you.
Some combinations are familiar. Some are a little rebellious. And occasionally we make something that sounds like it shouldn’t work at all…until it does.
Because we’re not interested in making another version of everybody else’s ice cream.
We want to make flavors you remember.
At Sweet Symphony, the freezer is our studio, the ingredients are our instruments, and every batch is another chance to find that perfect combination.

Meet Jason
Hey! My name is Jason, and I am the founder of Sweet Symphony.
I was born and raised in Ashland, Virginia, and after over 20 years of service in the U.S. Army, I wanted to create something here at home that people would genuinely enjoy.
Sweet Symphony grew out of 3 things:
a love of MUSIC
a love of ICE CREAM
and a genuine desire to create a place where people can simply be HAPPY.
Turning that idea into Sweet Symphony didn’t happen overnight.
I spent nearly two years researching, learning, and experimenting with the craft of making ice cream—chasing the flavors, textures, and little details that can turn a good scoop into something memorable.
Life gives all of us plenty to worry about—work, bills, responsibilities, and whatever else might be waiting outside the door. My hope for Sweet Symphony is that, even if only for a little while, those things can be set aside.
In this moment, in this place, you’re here to enjoy some great ice cream, hear some great music, laugh with family or friends, and maybe discover a flavor you never expected to love.
That same spirit goes into the ice cream itself. I’m always experimenting, combining flavors, and chasing something different. Inspiration might come from a song, a memory, a classic dessert, or an idea that sounds just crazy enough to work. Sometimes it takes one batch. Sometimes it takes ten. The goal is always the same: to create flavors that make people stop, smile, and want another bite.
That’s what Sweet Symphony means to me.
And my hope is that, in your own way, it will come to mean something special to you, too.
